PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Personal training sessions with Alan take place in our fully-equipped, air-conditioned private facility. Alan is an expert at working with beginners who have little or no exercise background. Taking into account your lifestyle and schedule, Alan will design a tailor-made exercise plan to help you reach your goals.

Sessions typically run from 60 -70 minutes and include all aspects of exercise, giving the client a balance workout session.

ALAN FREISHTAT

Alan has operated a highly successful training business in Jerusalem for the past 18 years and has been involved in health, fitness, and exercise for the last 22 years. His clients range in age from 12 to 80 years old. In addition to helping clients resolve medical conditions, he is one of the few personal trainers specializing in patients with anxiety and depression, and consistently receives referrals from highly respected psychiatrists and psychologists.
