Alan Freishtat is an ACE-Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Wellness Coach and Behavioral Change Specialist. Additionally, he is a Health and Lifestyle columnist for Hamodia International edition, Hamodia INYAN Magazine (U.S. edition), The Jerusalem Post, Yeshiva World News, the OU’s Shabbat Shalom Newsletter and contributes to numerous other publications as well. Alan sits on the Board of Advisors for Find A Trainer-Israel.
More than 25 years ago, Alan took control of his own health and quality of life and is now devoted to helping others do the same. Involved in the health, fitness, and exercise industry for over 22 years, Alan has operated a highly successful personal training business in Jerusalem for over 18 years. He is one of the few personal trainers specializing in working with clients with anxiety and depression, regularly receiving referrals from highly respected psychiatrists and psychologists. He personally developed two programs incorporating dietetics, exercise and behavioral change to help clients reach success in sustained weight loss.
There are numerous people who are no longer suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and lower back pain who owe their new found lives to Alan.

Miriam Botwinick is a registered dietician and nutrition professional with more than 15 years of diversified experience in nutrition counseling and consulting, education, and health & wellness. Her areas of expertise include weight management, pediatric and adult nutrition, diabetes, kidney disease, and food allergies. She has worked in various hospitals and clinics as well as having her own private practice. She is accredited by the Israeli Ministry of Health and the Commission on Dietetic Registration, USA.
Chavi Monheit is a registered dietitian with a Bachelors of Nutrition Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Chavi specializes in weight management, sports nutrition, and geriatric nutrition. As someone who has struggled with her weight in the past, she has made it her mission to help others improve their relationship with food and help them achieve their long-term diet and nutrition goals.
ADINA HIRSH MONDROW
Adina Hirsh Mondrow is the office manager of Alan Fitness and administers all of the associated programs. She achieved her BA in Art from Yeshiva University and MA from The Hebrew University in Non-profit management. Adina is a creative, organized individual with years of experience in office administration.
