Learning how to eat correctly is important for sustainable weight loss and good health. The western food regimen is loaded with foods that can cause disease and illness. Fad diets and weight loss gimmicks not only don’t work, but can be harmful to your health. Our dieticians concentrate on giving you a food plan that will work for you, the individual, without taking away the pleasures of enjoying your meals. At your first session, you will work together with the dietician to make a food plan and in follow up sessions, you will learn how to navigate eating on Shabbat, how to eat out in restaurants, how to handle vacation time, and what to do when outside your normal environment.
