The information below is still relevant, yet we have upgraded and updated our programs.

We are now offering one full intake session together with 5 follow-up coaching sessions in order to achieve your health and wellness goals.

Using new, updated research, our programs are designed to help clients achieve successful and sustainable results in health, weight loss, and well-being.
